A 6 week programme using the building blocks from the Tier 1 programme. Developing your movements further and learning to move correctly through the major movements of squat, hinge, push and pull. Progressive workouts using more complex conditioning training styles now with the introduction of compound strength exercises that will leave you moving efficiently, improving strength and developing your fitness capacity - which is the foundation to the Game Performance training ethics.
Ideal for beginners and all ability levels (basic gym equipment needed).
