SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Each NoBull Performance small group personal training session has a maximum of 6 per group, therefore keeping it bespoke and driven where you're never left behind; with every session carefully planned and delivered around the key principles of moving better, improving strength and developing fitness levels, you'll be guaranteed a challenging and interesting workout that will push you to your limits each and every session.These result driven sessions will leave you feeling better, fitter and stronger after each and every visit, and one step closer to your training potential.
With continuous nutritional help and guidance along with the specialist training sessions it's very much like personal training but as a close training community where we work together and break fitness boundaries as a team. The ability to train along side others provides the perfect environment to progress your training whilst having fun.
